What is The Land like?

It is a beautiful property nestled at edge of the Virginia Piedmont. Rolling hills, forests, pastures and abundant trails make it ideal for enjoying nature. The amenities are very nice. The house and Lodge are the center of activity. Amenities are plentiful. Each participant has their own room with a bathroom.

What do I need to bring?

You only need to bring personal items. We take care of the rest.

I hear there is a Nature Walk. What is that like?

We take A Walk in the Woods on the first morning. It is not a strenuous hike, but you will get some exercise. The idea is that this helps us clear our minds, so we can get the most out of our experience.

What should I wear?

We spend much of the time outdoors, so bring items to match the weather. Definitely very casual over all. A good pair of boots or hiking shoes is advisable for the walk.

What about meals?

We take care of everything. The food is very hearty and is served family style. We can accommodate special dietary needs.
