Sam Dibert, Founder of A Walk In The Woods Experience, has spent his career growing sales and developing talent at Dibert Valve & Fitting Company, a distributor for Swagelok - a world wide developer and manufacturer of leading edge fluid system solutions.

At Dibert Valve Sam not only focused on growing sales but on developing the most valuable piece of the organization: the people. At Dibert he created immersive leadership training programs that go beyond the Leadership Team. He has a knack for pulling people out of the business so they can work differently. Beyond Dibert Valve he has traveled the globe consulting within the Swagelok community to provide leadership and sales training. 

Outside of the office Sam has served the local community on the Boards of St. Francis Home, Benedictine College Preparatory, and Hunters for the Hungry. Most recently Sam has been volunteering with Project Healing Waters- a fly fishing program that uses the sport of fly fishing as a rehabilitation tool for wounded combat veterans. In his free time Sam enjoys time with his eleven grandchildren and spending as much time outside as possible. 

Pairing his passion for organizational and leadership development with his love of the outdoors is what brought A Walk In The Woods Experience to life.
